WHERE IS MY ALLEGIANCE?

WHERE IS MY ALLEGIANCE?
I try to serve God, the tenets on which America was founded, and all of America’s people, as well as all of the people on this planet whatever nation they live within, as I encounter individuals in my particular world.
I see all of humanity, whatever country people may inhabit, as essentially the same, each human being a child of God. I believe that an egalitarian world is to be, if not in my lifetime, then in the not too distant future, as Thomas Jefferson dreamed for all of humanity, one day, as he so eloquently stated in the American Declaration of Independence.

I share Barack Obama’s vision for this world’s future. Listen to his vision for our world as he addresses the press in Greece with the Greek Prime Minister, beside him, November 14, 2016. See first link below for Obama’s speaking his vision.

  1. dbm1fromjaybookmansblog says:

Can you give a definition of egalitarian?

  2. I like this definition of “egalitarian” better than all others: “We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal. . . ,” which was penned by Thomas Jefferson in the American Declaration of Independence.

President Obama has an egalitarian vision for humanity. One can infer his vision of “egalitarian” through reading the second link which I provided, above, regarding his farewell trips to Greece, Germany, and Peru, and by noticing how he relates to his peers on the world’s stage.
